You don't think this tower is out of place and rather backwards looking architecturally? Most of the architects around that area have been chatting they dont like it's design.
I usually wait until a building is done before I declare it bad or good since architectural renderings are usually so vastly different from the built reality.
I think if it's visually close enough to the Fordham and the Park Tower and a couple of others it will help anchor a nice little neo-classical residential corridor.
