Walton on the Park (900 North State Street) is really coming along. The glazing is climbing up the side and it's not too hard to finally envision what this building will look like when it's done.

Man they really need to build the north building. This whole area of the city is dominated by beigh precast. This adds some much needed glass to the neighborhood, and the north tower would also help block that aweful 10 E Deleware.
