This seems to happen every year. Right about the time I start giving up hope there will be warmer weather, the daffodils and tulips start sprouting along State Street and in the medians of Michigan Avenue.
This photo was taken when the temperature was 30 degrees with a wind chill of 17, so warm weather may not be exactly "around the corner" just yet.
