Status Update: 10 East Delaware
It's starting to look like a real building. 10 East Delaware Place has its balconies in place, a lot of the windows have been installed, and its facade is mostly painted. It shouldn't be long until it's done.

Status Update: Ten East Delaware
10 East Delaware is moving ahead swiftly. We pulled out the long lens for a close-up of the construction at the top of this building. Look for it in an upcoming edition of our upcoming blog series, "The Tops of Chicago."

Status Update: 10 East Delaware
It looks like 10 East Delaware is almost half way to its planned height of 35 stories on the edge of State Street. The tower replaces my wife's favorite restaurant, Jia's and a 7-Eleven and some other assorted shops.
The design is neoclassical and will hopefully look very classy when it's completed later this year.
