You don't think this tower is out of place and rather backwards looking architecturally? Most of the architects around that area have been chatting they dont like it's design.
I usually wait until a building is done before I declare it bad or good since architectural renderings are usually so vastly different from the built reality.I think if it's visually close enough to the Fordham and the Park Tower and a couple of others it will help anchor a nice little neo-classical residential corridor. I do wish it was slightly taller, though.
