Thanks for that link. It's way more informative than the non-response we got from WBBM. It still strikes me as strange to call it "The Fitzgibbons Boiler" as if it was the only one. Looking at the original photo I don't see any evidence that the word "Company" is stenciled below, which would make the first part make sense.
