Slice of Life: Creepiness at 69 West Washington

Have you ever been someplace where there are normally lots of people, but when you were there no one was around?

That happened to me not too long ago at the Cook County office building most commonly known as 69 West Washington Street.  I was in the lower level concourse for something, and happened to be there very early on a Sunday morning.  No one else had been there for quite a while and no one else was due to arrive for some time.  It was really creepy.
