I do think this is a beautiful building. And the prices seem pretty reasonable as well.
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Very reasonable. The prices charged by some of the condo blocks in the area are simply not realistic. Not just by Chicago standards, but by the standards of just about any major city. This building set its price points realistically, and maybe that's why its neighbors are forced to auction off units and this one isn't.
